Since winning the business, our creative approach has been all about celebrating the Venmo community and their ‘payments with heart’ brand ethos. We’ve focused on showing up during internet & pop culture moments, creating conversation around Venmo truths and shared behaviors, and reflecting Venmo as a positive force for good by revealing generosity, friendship, and support between users.
In 2021 alone, we grew their audience from 95k to over 2 million followers, saw 14 million engagements across owned social channels, worked with influencers like Jack Harlow and Chloe & Halle Bailey, and created nearly 200 unique pieces of content.
